Imagine how you could live a life where in you run after all the bills, taxes, expenses for food, etc, etc, etc.
And finding that right job for you.
Wow.. I'm really amazed by how Gardner didn't lose hope for the sake of his son.
I don't admire the mother there though. She was not the martyr type but atleast she could have contacted his husband & son how they were..
well she can't at the end since they were just depending on the free shelter.
